Job Summary:

You are an experienced Junttan Operator with experience in early heavy civil construction projects. You will be responsible You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on foundation and shoring installation. For you, safety and quality are a priority, and you are proud of your work at the end of each day.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate Junttan PM25, PM28 piling rigs installing piles for heavy civil work around pipelines, utilities in high traffic areas
• Fill out and understand an equipment logbook
• Perform daily service and preventative maintenance on dozer equipment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Operate equipment in a safe manner be willing to comply with Ledcor’s safety Commitments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Junttan Operator
• Experience with steel driven piles, sheet piles
• Experience working on large scale industrial and infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of modern construction practices
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Must have CSTS 2020 (Construction Safety Training System) or its equivalency
• Understanding of construction documents and the ability to ensure that they are complete, protect the owner’s interest, clearly define expectations and provide incentive to perform
• A strong safety record and the ability to work with a variety of individuals

Work Conditions:

• This role is based in Abbotsford BC, LOA and travel provided for those that qualify
• Work will be outside in all weather conditions
• Candidates must be flexible to work various shift rotations
