About Our Client

Our client is a highly established General Contractor focused on varied Commercial and Industrial renovation and upgrade projects. With a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to expand their team with Toronto’s brightest up-and-coming leaders.

Job Description

• Liaison with subtrades and clients on progress of various projects.
• Daily record keeping (daily progress reports, time sheets)
• Weekly Record Keeping(rental logs, safety inspections……)
• Site Documentation (complete concrete pour sheets retrieve delivery slips)
• Project Filing
• Receive materials, materials management (check material to packing slips and ensure packing slips get to project superintendent).
• Submit weekly paperwork to head office
• Monitor site progress including progress photos and report to Superintendent
• Shop drawing review, logging & distribution
• Attend meetings and record minutes (ie. Owner, Sub-trade, safety & coordination)
• Ensure workers are working in a safe manner consistent with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 2 years commercial or industrial experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Computer literacy
• Work well with all personnel and subtrades
• Great communication skills
• Must be organized and have a high attention to detail
• Experience with water and wastewater treatments plants is an asset
