Purpose of Role:To diagnose, repair inspect, and perform field work on Agricultural Equipment. Work with our customers to ensure satisfactions

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions.

· Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts.

· Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections.

· Complete work orders and enter technical notes into computer.

· Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards as the company in committed to the protection and wellness of its employees.

· Keep shop area in a neat and tidy order.

· Exceptional customer service

· Customer service calls as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

· Agricultural equipment servicing would be considered and asset.

· Possess problem solving skills.

· Attention to detail with strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK CONDITIONS:

· Physical demands are moderate, consisting primarily of sitting, standing, walking.

· Working Conditions: Warehouse setting. Comfortable with wearing PPE.

· Personal tools and continuous training is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32.50-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Agricultural: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Journeyman Certificate (preferred)
• Drivers License (preferred)
