Tundra is seeking a 9 Month Term, Joint Venture Analyst based out of our Calgary office.

As a Joint Venture Analyst, you will work closely with the Joint Venture Representative. This project-based term position will support Tundra’s land and joint venture group’s contract management.

Reporting to the Vice President, Land, some specific duties and responsibilities of the Joint Venture Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Enter and update Joint Venture and Marketing contracts in CS Explorer.

• Assist with property/area reviews to identify and clean up any contractual issues.

• Prepare and review operated and non-operated Joint Venture agreements.

• Maintain both operated and non-operated Joint Venture agreement exhibits.

• Assist the JV Rep in providing Joint Venture support to Business groups.

• Draft letters/correspondence, as directed by the JV Rep.

• Other duties as required.

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• 5-7 years’ experience as a Joint Venture Analyst.

• Joint Venture Administration and Analyst Certificates; degree or technical diploma an asset.

• Good understanding of CO&O’s, Padsite Sharing, Unit, Water Disposal and Service Agreements, accounting processes and issues and A&D processes and agreements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AccuMap, and CS Explorer.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, research and administration skills.

• Ability to research and respond to internal and external queries.

• Adhere to the safety accountabilities as per Tundra’s Safety Policy.
