Working with the Sales Team you will perform daily maintenance of the Capital Industrial website, digital display advertising, social media and other marketing responsibilities as it relates to digital work. The ideal candidate defines themselves as a creative type, with solid skills in creating clean and professional layout designs. You aren’t required to be a dedicated web developer, but you have enough knowledge to use HTML editors and web builders to create great looking page content and web layouts.

You are a self -starter, and instead of waiting for things to do, you are busy creating new projects and recommending strategies to reach clients and bring quality to our online, internal and client communications.

Please note there is no bus service into our industrial area and it is about a 20 minute walk from the closest stop. A vehicle is recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Edit layout, content and look of current pages and forms
• Develop layouts for print advertising and promotions
• Work with the owners of the company on creative concepts, providing input and feedback on advertising and promotional material
• Source content and images
• Manage website form submission data
• Develop new forms
• Create new users and give appropriate access to content managers
• Update and optimize display of new video, page layouts & templates, etc. on the website
• Fix broken links, misspellings, redirects, images and other maintenance issues on the website
• Ensure pages are optimized for responsive design website
• Interact with #rd Party vendors (including designers, writers, web developers and online marketers) on the website and marketing efforts
• Manage timelines and budgets
• Update news articles and press releases

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or industry experience including marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of common industry applications
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of products, and print & web based technologies
• Good knowledge and experience with Multimedia platforms
• Be familiar with web standards and protocols
• Excellent organization, planning and creative skills

Hours are 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday; benefits after 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
