About Us

Mill Creek Sand & Gravel is a third-generation mining company focused on processing and manufacturing aggregates for the Western Canadian markets. Our facility is located approximately 12 km north of Redwater or a 45-minute drive from north Edmonton.

Shift:7 days on 7 days off, 7:00AM-7:00PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fill and operate the water truck in a safe and appropriate manner
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of water truck/equipment
• Understand, interpret and follow directions from supervisors as required to work area
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the water truck
• Spray water in designated areas as required
• Monitor vehicle performance, fluid levels, and mechanical fitness
• Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company’s Code of Ethics
• Other duties as required

Education & Training

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Class 3 Driver’s license with Air Endorsement
• Clean Driver Abstract

Experience

• Minimum of 1-year experience of driving truck, water truck experience is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $31.05 per hour
