Bachelors degree in and three years of related experience in post-secondary program advising and registration services OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Skilled in the use of student information systems, web content management systems and software applications (i.e., database, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing).
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment, initiative, diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
