Job Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Supervisor, the incumbent must in particular, and this, in a non-limiting way:

• Operate a forklift;
• Operate a “trackmobile” and do general maintenance;
• Check the operation of the switches as well as the condition of the railway;
• Proceed with the maintenance of the premises (canteen, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.);
• Perform general work in bulk loading and unloading of trucks and wagons;
• Carry out general mechanical maintenance of fixed equipment (ventilation system,
• dust removal, compressors, etc.);
• Provide assistance in the operation of the FLEX dosing system
• Assist the handling and maintenance worker – grade “A” and/or grade “B” (produce
• delivery tickets, coordinate the transfer of inventory, complete various reports
• relating to distribution, etc.);
• Answer telephone calls;
• Perform all other related tasks
  

Hiring Requirements

• Valid class 5 driver’s license;
• Hold a certificate in forklift driving;
• Hold a “trackmobile” operator certificate;
• Successfully pass the qualification tests.
