In line with Metso Outotec objectives, the Marketing Coordinator temporary position will be responsible for supporting the growth, development and marketing activities of the Services offerings globally. The main responsibilities include supporting business line marketing programs, concepts and campaigns through the creation and editing of marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out marketing activities based on Metso Outotec Services portfolio and value propositions for identified offerings in priority markets
• Support the development, editing, and updating of content for services related marketing deliverables with a focus on brochures, presentations, e-newsletters, articles, advertising, web page creation, social media postings etc.
• Ensure marketing materials follow Metso Outotec themes and visual guidelines
• Update and use common marketing databases and tools
• Assist with other marketing activities as required
  
  

Requirements

• Strong interest for writing, designing, and editing marketing materials
• Completing a degree and/or diploma in marketing or communications
• B2B marketing and communications experience is an asset, especially from an industrial background
• Excellent communications (written and spoken), fluent English is a must
• Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), design and graphical skills with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
• Experience with web CMS tools a plus
• Ability to build relationships and work with colleagues remotely
• Have a “hands-on” attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Available to work full-time for a 6 month period
