Trinity Village/LHKW is a dynamic and innovative, independent charitable long-term care and retirement village located in central Kitchener with approximately 300 employees.

We are seeking a dynamic and strong leader to join the HR team!! This person will work closely with the HR Manager and be responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment, new employee orientation, and retention success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. In a changing and growing industry, this is a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent to continue to provide excellent resident care!

The role will also assist in the day-to-day facets of staff care such as wellness programs, conflict resolution, and employee culture.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Post-Secondary education in HR or equivalent experience. HR experience in Healthcare industry preferred, but not required.

Trinity Village Care Centre requires all new hires to submit a valid TB test, mandatory COVID vaccine, mandatory proof of flu shot, and Criminal Record Check prior to start date.

Salary: $63,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
