Purpose

The position is responsible for residential natural gas sales in New Brunswick in support of adding new utility customer connections and to help to grow the equipment rental program, by supporting the Trade Ally program.

Accountabilities

Customer Retention

• Develop and implement strategies for residential customer retention.
• Maximizes customer retentions with minimal supervision working in a creative, fast paced and rapid changing business landscape.
• Monitor competitor’s products, market trends, including relevant sales and marketing data.
• Assists in the development of residential programs/services
  
  

Program Support

• Responsible for converting equipment rental opportunities for new and existing natural gas customers
• Maintains strong working relationships with contractors and Liberty departments involved in the delivery of Liberty programs
  
  

Follow Internal Processes & Provide Cross-functional Support

• Support administrative activities, including creation and processing of applications, permits, contracts, incentives and related correspondence/communication.
• Provide support to other business unit actions or activities as required
  
  

Community Development

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers and within the business partner’s community to promote the benefits of gas and enhance customer experience with Liberty
  
  

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of experiences
• Post Secondary Educations
• CRM, MS Office Suite, NB Class 5 Driver’s License
