OVERVIEW Harris Corporate IT is seeking a well-versed SharePoint Administrator. The position will be a blend of working with all versions of SharePoint using many technologies like Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Designer, and migration tools like Sharegate, AvePoint Fly Migrator, or Mover.io. The Administrator role will provide technical support through the ticket management queue.

What Will Your New Role Be

• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to replace older workflows and tools from SharePoint on-prem farms.
• Work with the Microsoft Dataverse (Formerly Common Data Services) to centralize information to be consumed by the entire company.
• Support all SharePoint versions until on-prem solutions have been decommissioned.
• Domain to domain migrations of SharePoint.
• Tenant to Tenant migrations of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams using migration software.
• Create security mapping files that assist in migrations from one domain to another.
• Review business practices and make recommendations for improvements.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of SharePoint experience
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience
• 2+ years of Active Directory experience including functionality in both GUI and Powershell automation
• Knowledge or understanding of the administration of Project Web Applications
• Understanding of SFTP processes
• Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Servers
• Demonstrable skills with PowerShell for SharePoint Online, Teams, and MS Online.
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.
• Is able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
• Possesses the ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Team player

• Supporting documentation of PowerShell scripts created
• Supporting SQL queries previously made
• Samples of ShareGate usage
• Knowledge of Office 365 workloads like Yammer, Forms, or Bookings.
