Sherwood Park Volkswagen is an AutoCanada dealership and we are looking to hire a Service Porter to assist our valued clients part-timewhile we are servicing their vehicle. Our porters take pride in what they do because they know their role directly impacts and influences how our clients feel about our dealerships . We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to provide excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pick-up and drop off client’s vehicles to and from the service drive through.
• Transport cars around the dealership lot as needed.
• Deliver parts as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections and report any vehicle faults to the management.
• Enforce safety rules in a firm, but courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Other duties pertaining to the cleanliness of the service department.
  

Your Capabilities And Credentials

• Valid Driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Available during the day-time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for customer service and the automotive industry.
• Extensive experience in customer service.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Client-focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and respectfully.
