The Flying Pig in Olympic Village is looking for experienced and passionate server & bartenders. We are launching a completely new and elevated beverage program and are looking for a bartender with a love of wine and cocktails to join our busy location locations. We are an established group of restaurants with locations in Gastown, Yaletown and Olympic Village.

Our restaurants are full service comfortable and casual neighborhood favourites that we refer to as Nouveau Canadian Bistros. If you feel that your personality and service delivery would fit well with us, we would love to hear from you.

· Passion for wine and cocktails

· Strong customer service skills

· Experience in a high volume cocktail bar or restaurant

· Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender/server in a quality establishment

· High energy and a desire to cultivate a positive and fun work culture

· Commitment to exceeding guest expectations

· Sommelier certification or WSET’s not required but a large bonus.

· Candidate should be available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

· Serving It Right Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $15.20 per hour

Experience:

• Serving: 2 years (preferred)
