What You Will Do

• Be a valued member of an autonomous agile team to iterate on and deliver on new technology objectives continuously
• Collaborate with your peers and cross-functional teams to create sustainable solutions that support our growing applications
• Consistently seek to improve processes, reduce repetition, and challenge the status quo
• Develop, test, launch, and maintain Android products
• Coach and mentor software developers
• Have lots of fun

Who You Are

• You care about identifying and solving engineering problems, continuous learning, and improvement
• You care about delivering value and understanding how your work affects the company goals and mission
• You have a strong understanding of Agile development and continuous delivery best practices, software engineering tools, processes, methods, and testing
• You’re not afraid to socialize innovative ideas and experiments
• You have solid experience with UI and UX, mobile and communications security, error handling and logging, and data persistence

• Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio
• Go, Python, JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the Google Play Store
• Senior-level experience in optimizing performance, mobile API design, data analysis and visualization tools, and client architecture
• Senior-level experience coaching and mentoring others in a technical role
