For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or CanadaAbout The OpportunityThe People Analytics Leader will be responsible for the build and deployment of analytics and studies that help the organization understand people patterns and trends that inform business decisions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent Management, the People Analytics function leads integrated insights across core areas of people research including core employee demographics, recruiting, compensation, diversity, learning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, the function supports special projects and strategic initiatives with regular frequency.What You’ll Get To Do
  • Stabilizes analytics efforts (e.g., turnover, hiring, internal mobility) advising on program and practice improvements
  • Builds a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the People Team and trains others in intermediate analytic methods, as needed
  • Spearheads innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of the enterprise of programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.)
  • Uses appropriate external benchmarks for workforce metrics and key performance indicators that are linked to business results, identifies risks, insights and recommendations
  • Leads the strategic direction of the people research and analytics team including:
  • Framing key issues
  • Designing analytic approaches to address
  • Communicate insights and implications to key stakeholders

Skills And Experience We Value
  • Advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, business analytics, statistics, math, or computer science preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in a directly related field (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred)
  • Acumen to solve business problems and ability to lead others to do the same
  • Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insight from large datasets
  • Mastery of data visualization tools a must; programming a plus
  • Ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to audiences of all levels including executives and board members
  • Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Experience training others in basic analytic methods and use of analytics tools
  • Deep experience with qualitative research, design and analysis of surveys
  • Customer orientation with consultative skills-identifying needs and defining solutions
  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
