Job Description

Modpro/Modpools, North America’s only patented container pool company, is looking for highly motivated and career-oriented Sandblaster to join our team.

On the job training is provided, though preference will be given to applicants with previous experience.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of Abbotsford. The job is all “in house” and done in a manufacturing facility setting.

We operate year-round.

Applicants must have their own vehicle or reliabletransportation to work.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Sandblasting, caulking, mixing primer, priming
• Coordination of tasks as needed, including priming, prepping, Blasting
• Tracking and organizing consumables
• The ability to work both under direction and independently as the job requires
• Working as a team with Fabrication, Plumbing and Electrical to ensure pools are completed properly and on time

Experience and Abilities

• 1 Year of industrial paint prep/painting Sandblasting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment involved in paint prep
• Forklift Ticket an asset but not required

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
