Must have retail sales experience.

Background in design, landscape products and flooring would be considered an asset.

- Assist customers with flooring choices

- Build & maintain strong customer relationships

- Product knowledge & willingness to learn about new products

- Ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met

- Process sales from start to finish including cash handling and payment processing

- Work with our representatives and keep up to date on product knowledge

- Other duties, as required

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year sales experience

- Effective communication skills & ability to read, write and speak in english

- Strong computer skills

- Customer-service focused

- Valid drivers license

- Detailed oriented

- Willing to train

Starting Wage: $22/Hr

Hours: Tuesday - Friday (8am-4:30) Saturday (10am-2pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Penticton, BC V2A 3J7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service (preferred)
