Job Title – Recruitment Specialist

Position – Full-Time/ Office

Hiring Stars is a Canada-based hiring and staffing company that is aimed at providing the best talent to its global clients. We are looking for a global hiring expert with previous experience in working for IT and Non-IT positions in US and Canada. Enthusiastic, creative, and eager-to-learn candidates are welcome to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

· Scrutinize job descriptions and make effective job postings based on them.

· Post jobs on all job portals and social media platforms.

· Be vocal about the open position on social media and interact with candidates.

· Scan the resumes and shortlist potential candidates.

· Interview the candidates and record their information in Excel for data accumulation.

· Screen the candidates against the job requirements and share the best resumes for the further round of interviews.

· Schedule meetings and coordinate for HR and Operational rounds of interviews.

· Source candidates using available portals and cold call the selected resumes.

Requirements

· 1 Year of US or Canadian Hiring experience

· 3 Years of Recruitment Experience

· Proficiency with job portals

· Proficiency with MS Excel and advanced formulas.

· Proficiency with performing Boolean search.

· Active interest and knowledge of Social Media Handles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Recruitment: 3 years (required)
• US or Canadian Hiring: 1 year (required)
