We are searching for a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to join the team in Torbay, Newfoundland! Key Responsibilities:

• You will prepare all project logistics, including formal tender estimates.
• You will prepare a detailed project schedule and closely manage project deadlines ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed within the required timeframe.
• You will manage construction sites, coordinate construction site meetings, and provide onsite supervision.
• You will strategically prepare traffic plans, construction schedules, and as-built drawings.
• You will develop strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate work with subcontractors as needed.

Who You Are:

As the ideal candidate, you have 10+ years of professional experience in project management and estimating. You have a diverse range of technical experience working on projects in various sectors including, bridges, marine, civil, water & sewer, and general residential construction & maintenance. You are proficient with AutoCAD, GPS surveying software, Microsoft Excel, and computerized estimating software, such as B2W. You have proven experience preparing detailed tender estimates, take offs and costings. The ability to perform construction surveying, traffic plans, construction schedules and as-built drawings would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will possess superior interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with safety always at top of mind.
