Department Overview

TD’s Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is responsible for driving and providing oversight on the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, programs, processes and technology to support talent across TD globally. In partnership with Talent Management and Human Resources, the external talent acquisition team is focused on delivering an integrated approach to talent acquisition to meet TD’s current and future talent requirements.

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Social Media, Talent Acquisition is responsible to enhance our digital candidate experience to engage and excite great candidates about the possibility of a career with TD. This position will bring deep subject matter expertise in talent recruitment marketing and thought leadership to help build and deliver our talent brand.

Job Requirements

• Responsible for developing, implementing and managing talent brand strategies to enable the attraction and identification of talent for open roles across the organization.
• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of talent brand and recruitment content marketing efforts to support hiring initiatives
• Manage vendors and associated spend including LinkedIn paid media, Glassdoor, Indeed campaigns, and other platforms and tools
• Develop strategy for paid media promotion for candidate attraction
• Partner with a cross-functional team of creative design, production, video, and copy/content partners to develop, manage, and amplify the enterprise employer brand
• Execute talent brand content and candidate attraction and engagement campaigns to support current and future strategic hiring goals of the company
• Monthly reporting on social media postings to track performance
• Page Management update etc. (content – Indeed & Glassdoor, Website)
• Providing our clients with Best Practice on social channels
• Coordinate first intake meeting with team to gain more insights from client ask
• Monitors industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing thought leadership and direction to ensure TD’s social media marketing strategies evolve to best in class and create competitive advantage
  

Job Requirements

• Strong project management experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver results across diverse cultures from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage through influence and work effectively with key stakeholders in all levels of the organization.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
• 5+ years digital marketing experience within the financial sector, or marketing industry
• 2+ years of experience within recruitment marketing preferred
• Strong and current knowledge of digital marketing/social media
• Passion for researching and understanding market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or other related field
