What is the opportunity?

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget.

What will you do?

• Support the Program Lead with day to day execution & management of regulatory initiatives with multiple work streams through full project lifecycle (initiation, definition, financials, resourcing, implementation, delivery, enhancement, maintenance)
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that the initiatives successfully deliver against desired business outcomes and enable value creation
• Help establish appropriate governance and oversight for assigned initiatives
• Develop integrated baseline project plans applying estimation models; refines & tracks plans including coordination of inter-work stream dependencies; manages performance against delivery plans
• Raise and track issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves project issues and escalates to immediate manager when required
• Manage program communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, project team
• Responsible for support & oversight of project and program delivery assurance

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• 5+ years Project Management experience
• At least 3+ years of PM experience in business across cross asset large scale complex strategic change and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong problem solving capabilities ; Strong structured, analytical and methodological thinking
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task across competing priorities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)

Nice-to-have

• PMP and/or PgMP certification
