This position holds an essential role in supporting the Production team. This dynamic role will be supporting the production pipeline from pre-production all the way to post-production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photographing all eCommerce product photography.

• Assisting with pre-production, production, and post-production-related tasks.

• Image retouching product photos intended for campaigns, editorials, lifestyle, and social media use.

• Ensure that the highest quality is achieved while preparing all images to be sent out for printing and/or publishing.

• Execute the vision for any editing, retouching, or changes to eCommerce photography set forth.

• Collaborate with the Art Director and Studio Coordinator to create an eCommerce photography guideline manual.

• Continuously work towards improving eCommerce photography and retouching workflow, resulting in a more productive team environment.

• Collaborate with the Creative Department in scheduling and coordinating photoshoots, ensuring that an ideal timeline is met for all eCommerce shoots.

• Ensure retouching, editing, and all deadlines and expectations are met consistently.

• Assist Art Director and Studio Coordinator during photoshoots.

• Assist or substitute Art Director with any photoshoot requirements in their absence.

To be successful, you’ll need to possess:

• 1-3 years in a similar role

• Passion for art, design, photography, and the creative industries

• Strong experience with lighting/studio setups and propping

• Strong experience with camera fundamentals

• Experience with videography, motion editing, photo retouching

• Strong experience working on brand identity, graphic and print production

• Excel at image curation, composition, and visual storytelling

• Meticulous when it comes to the details

• Highly organized, responsive, and respectful of deadlines

• Ability to prioritize, project manage and plan ahead

• Aptitude to function within deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team

• Experience scheduling people and projects

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple people and projects at once

• Great team player who enjoys the studio environment

• High technical proficiency with Canon, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other computer software is a must; the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving department processes

• Strong organizational and communication skills, self-sufficient and detail-oriented
