Job Description


POSITION OVERVIEW

The People Analytics, Reporting Analyst is accountable for providing comprehensive support and management around the people analytics strategy at MLSE. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, you will also partner with our HR Business Partners on an ongoing basis in order to provide analytical insights to support decisions and HR Strategies. You will be responsible for managing our human capital data, reporting, analytics and data governance in addition to the continuous support and enhancement of the core HR system (Workday). RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support a variety of HR analytics and reporting responsibilities, including the management, design, development and delivery of HR dashboards and analytic
  • Proactively understand business needs and develops analytics to enable HR as a key driver of the business for standard and business specific use cases Implement new and existing HR analytics dashboards and framework to support DEI analysis, year-end performance, compensation planning and talent reviews
  • Develop data driven insights and HR employee lifecycle analysis to support and deliver strategic decision making for HR and the organization
  • Create and support the development of workforce stories and actionable insights
  • Partner closely with the HRIS and IT teams on requirements, configuration and development of data architecture, reporting platform, security and dashboard requirements, testing, specifications and validation of analytics and dashboards in partnership with HRIS and IT teams

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, compensation or People Analytics
  • Workday Reporting capability a strong asset
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to detail and audit mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization
