As an Operations Coordinator you will contribute to an outstanding guest experience at Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises by providing administrative support to the Culinary/Operations/Food & Beverage team.

Season: This is a spring-summer-fall seasonal position. The Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises operating season begins in April and ends in October.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and professional approach to teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Competency with MS Office (confident using MS Excel specifically).
• Knowledge and experience with Point-of-Sale software.
• Previous administrative support experience considered an asset.
• Previous experience in HR considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

Departmental Support:

• Execute F&B/Operations ordering and supply procurement.
• Assist with monthly inventory taking/administration.
• Maintain service crew files.
• Coordinate Uniform logistics

HR Assistance:

• Assist with onboarding as needed.
• WSIB reporting for Food & Beverage department.
• Assist with managing and filing incident reports.
• Coordinate wage and training subsidies/grants where applicable.

Additional duties as required to assist other departments.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
