About the role:
Our marketing department is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Mississauga office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Marketing Specialist you will support the marketing team and be responsible for creating visual content that is both compelling and effective. The Marketing Specialist will use their passion and creativity to convey our brand message to our target audience.

ARE YOU SOMEONE WITH:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong focus on original content creation
  • Strong Power Point skills
  • Understands brand alignment
  • Experience building and maintaining a content calendar.
  • Experience with Loomly is an asset.
  • Ability to execute marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
  • Experience with Campaign Monitor an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language and grammar, French is an asset
  • Thorough understanding and comprehension of measuring and analyzing analytics/KPIs
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Proven degree of maturity, confidence, and competence sufficient to provide effective representation of the company through all print and online venues
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Powerpoint and current digital management tools
  • Highly creative with strong graphic design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in website management and development, understanding best practices in information architecture, navigation, user ability, accessibility standards.

  • Excellent organization, planning and prioritizing skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
