What you do:

In this role, you will contribute to the success of the organization by leading the creation and onboarding of new programs and systems from inception through to launch. You will work closely with the Director of Operational Systems to create annual goals, processes, and tools that ensure the franchisee and restaurant community are delivering industry leading Same Restaurant Sales Growth, the best guest experience, and superior restaurant profitability.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors ensuring a high level of accountability and performance.
  • Monitor the performance of all systems and tools and constantly seek ways to optimize and improve.
  • Pull meaningful insights from the available data and support cross functional teams in action planning.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive analysis and utilize this information to influence strategic plans for the Operational Systems department.
  • Provide ongoing scheduled and on demand training to both restaurants and the field operations team on all systems and platforms in collaboration with the training team.
  • Support the Field Operations Team in the creation and execution of Regional/Provincial In-Market Training Sessions, Food Demos, and the bi-annual Leadership Conference.
  • Spend time in restaurants on a regular basis to ensure line of sight is maintained to the needs and challenges of our front-line staff and managers.
  • Provide input to leadership on the direction of activities for the Operational Systems Team.
  • Work with the Field Operations team to support actions directly related to the department’s strategic plans.

Who you are:

  • You have experience with program management.
  • You may have post-secondary education in business, communications or similar.
  • You have an endlessly positive, solution-oriented attitude that creates energy in the business.
  • You are agile, adaptable and can handle ever changing situations.
  • You have the ability to keep an eye on the big picture while focusing on details.
  • You work collaboratively with diverse groups of people creating an impact everywhere you go.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You have an intermediate skill level with MS Office products.
  • You have strong presentation and training skills.
  • You are experienced in the hospitality sector and are known for having the “hospitality gene”.
