Manager, Business Intelligence

Job Description

As the Manager for Business Intelligence, you are responsible for leading a team that delivers analytics and insight reporting to a global sales and marketing organization and other supporting business functions. Apply your experience of business intelligence, fundamentals in UX/UI design, data modeling and applicable technologies and tools to support execution of business and sales processes. Develop and maintain analytics across multiple business functions and manage the development and direction of a global team that specializes in reporting, market research, data science, modeling, and app development. Have passion and insight to deliver positive business outcomes through others and be a strong collaborator with customer focus.

Specific Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers, team members and stakeholders to plan and prioritize projects.
• Evaluate and work with team members to maximize capabilities and capacity through development. Build a collaborative and customer centric team.
• Manage a consistent user centric design, build and deployment of BI visualizations.
• Support the development of report documentation, and guides.
• Understand and deploy the most effective methods and functions in reports. Maximize use of Microsoft’s Power Platform to create reporting solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent relevant work experience. MBA preferred

At least 5 years of work experience in sales, marketing, pertinent business function, analytics delivery, project lead or management.
