Purpose Driven Position

Reporting to the Director of Engineering – Mixer Technology, the Logistics Manager is responsible for overall supply chain management, inventory management, and shipping and receiving of parts and completed systems. The objective of this role is to enable the assembly team to build systems at a defined rate by ensuring that an adequate supply of parts is in inventory and on order with our suppliers such that assembly is not affected and to ensure that completed systems are shipped to our customers in a timely fashion. This This role may also include sourcing alternative parts should a supply issue arise. Working in a dynamic, high growth environment is fun, however the big picture is more important. As a CarbonCure team member you are joining the fight against climate change; representing a patented technology proven to reduce the carbon footprint of the concrete industry. About You

The successful candidate has organizational and inventory management skills, high attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to make sound decisions. This is a team environment where collaboration and communication skills are critical to facilitate teamwork with cross functional departments.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3-5 years in a shipping/logistics role
• Proficient in inventory management software and completing purchase orders.
• Familiar with various methods of shipping and required paperwork.
• Familiar with various customs/importation requirements is an asset.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain an overview of the entire inventory while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
• Ability to negotiate and set expectations with suppliers.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload to achieve pre-determined goals.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, easily adapts to new challenges and issues
• Individual must be organized and detail oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Able to deliver high caliber output under tight timelines, comfortable working in a work environment typical with start-up companies
• Adaptability, at ease with continuous change that is the hallmark of a technology company
• Ability to pack and ship components/systems on short notice
