Program Overview

The Logistics Leader Trainee Program(LLTP) is an exciting career path intended to attract talented individuals with 2-5 years of leadership experience to prepare them to lead a team within our business. Once in the program candidates will:

• Start a 3-6 months rotational program in the logistics division

• Gain experience throughout our Logistics business unit on an expedited path to Leadership in the short term.

• Be on route to continue to elevate their leadership path throughout our network career opportunities.

• Become industry leaders in logistics

• Be exposed to mentorship and unlimited growth potential

• On the job training experience supported by conceptual knowledge
