Job Title: Part-Time/Casual Legal/Admin Assistant

Work Hours: Flexible, approximately 12 hours per week

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Time/Casual Legal/Admin Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and filing of reporting documents with lenders and clients.
• Drafting wills and powers of attorney under the guidance of our legal team.
• Assisting with the preparation of trial records and relevant legal documents.
• Performing other drafting work and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
