As a learning advisor, you’ll help our partners to produce simple and accessible development activities for employees that will have a direct impact on clients. In addition to designing traditional learning strategies, you’ll focus on devising innovative strategies and leveraging social learning concepts.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary HR team and a number of stakeholders to deploy development solutions that meet the constantly changing needs of employees.

More Information About The Role

Provide advice and support to help business sectors define simple learning strategies that they can develop themselves (e.g., help them determine the objectives and structure of the training, coach them on how to use new learning methods, etc.) Help define learning strategies in major projects, estimate the work required to design these strategies (e.g., short training videos, independent study courses, virtual classes, collaboration tools, etc.) and ensure follow-up Design traditional learning activities as well as innovative solutions that make use of new technologies Work with various subject matter experts Help ensure the smooth functioning of work processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, OR master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience designing learning solutions
• Experience with waterfall and agile project modes
• Experience with software like Articulate Storyline, an asset
• Excellent written communication skills (grammar, syntax, writing)
• Proficient with the Office suite and collaboration tools
• Focused on finding tailored solutions
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to play an advisory role, influence and work in a team
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
