You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don’t we’ll pick it up

Overview
An Inbound Customer Service Agent is a prospective client’s first introduction to our company, as such, they bear the responsibility to represent the company in a friendly and professional manner. In an effort to make a good first impression, we strive to provide excellent customer service and take a genuine interest in the customers needs/ wants. Contact may come in many forms (outlined below) a Customer service Agent must be familiar with all required platforms and be able to provide prompt and accurate service whether you are working from home or from the office.

Job Description:

• Available for inbound calls for 8 hours/day
• Be available on live chat for the entirety of your shift
• Answer customer inquiries on (price negotiations, test drive inquiries, any carfax/history inquiries, features/specs inquiries, financing, additional photos/videos)
• Communicate with the inventory team to get customers questions answered
• Help guide customer through the website if they are having issues
• Understand how to take customers offline for various reasons
• Communicate with the support team regarding any website bugs/issues you or customers notice
• Reply to emails from Cargurus, Kijiji, auto trader
  
• Reply to Facebook messages

Desired skills and abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for problem-solving (Maybe a secret lover of puzzles and maps)
• You are a strong listener and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently but love collaborating within a team
• Enjoys thinking on their feet and has the ability to excel under pressure
• Able to build quick rapport with people
