Immigration Consultant

Job Description

Talk to clients to understand their immigration goals and create personalized plans for them.

Give expert advice on tricky immigration topics like visa applications and getting residency or citizenship.

Check client documents to make sure they’re correct and follow immigration rules.

Guide and train new consultants on the team.

Build and keep good relationships with clients, government officials, and others involved.

Stay updated on immigration law changes and tell clients how it affects them.

Stand up for clients in immigration meetings or legal cases, if needed.

Help make new policies and ways of doing things better in the organization.

Do other tasks as assigned by the boss.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Immigration and Education Consultancy Service is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
