Join our team of professionals who work together to help Latin American startups scaling to the Canadian marketplace. We are a federal Canadian non-profit organization established, in collaboration with the Peruvian Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC), as a strategic articulator to integrate all components of the value chain of the Peruvian and Latin American startup ecosystem with the Canadian one.

The skills we are looking for…

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others and gain alignment in collaboratively problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently on tasks and yet be a team player within the department.

- Self-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under a tight deadline.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Fluent in English and nice to have Spanish.

What we want you to do...

- Research to design and define the job description for each role

- Conduct the recruitment process from posting the job, assessment of the best candidates, set up and lead the interviews, and communicate hiring decisions.

- Reassign or reallocate resources to new or different projects according to the needs of the organization

- Update de organization chart with the new incorporations or role changes

- Send the welcome and onboarding package to each new member of our team

- Measure performance, motivation, and engagement to foster a productive and positive workplace climate

- Mentor our volunteers in their professional endeavors in and outside our organization.
