By locating its production facilities in close proximity to its customers, MINTH is able to provide customers with JIT service so as to immediately respond to customers’ demands. MINTH’s production facilities have introduced many advanced production lines and the processes include extrusion, co-extrusion, roll-forming, bending, stamping, injection, surface treatment (which includes plastic & metal painting), plating, chroming, anodizing, and more. MINTH has also formed strategic alliances with world-renowned auto-parts producers, dedicated to constantly improving its production efficiency by fully utilizing its comprehensive advantages in cost and technology in order to keep up with the fast growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Corporate Recruiter with job posting on career site and job boards for Wixom and Windsor locations, scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews include phone, videoconferencing (Zoom, Skype or WebEX), and onsite interviews.
  • Completing background checks, send onboarding documents, and sending New Hire Announcement to hiring leaders providing onboarding hire instructions
  • Ensuring process completion for all new hires to include: orientation travel, background checks, and new hire paperwork, and sending welcome email to new hires
  • Helping Corporate Recruiter prepare and distribute metrics reporting as needed
  • Manage on-line resume database to ensure applicant information is current to include: complete applications, background information, identification details, etc.
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Sourcing for open positions when needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience.
  • Being an ambassador in the candidate experience
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) specifically scheduling meetings
  • Experience with an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System)
  • Must be able to work independently, with limited or no supervision at times.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive personal & professional relationships.
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Able to work in a Global Business environment
  • Canadian recruitment experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
