Position: Home Comfort Advisor (Sales)

Location: Calgary, AB

Reports to: Sales Manager

** This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is completely based on performance.**

We are seeking Individuals who:

• Ideally possess at least one (1)year experienceand a proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer market in residential sales
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organizedwith excellent time management skills
• Possess a strong commitment to providing an excellent customer experience by providing a thorough, informative presentation that distinguishes us from competitors
• Commit to skill developmentthrough weekly practice/coaching sessions that are customized to improve their current skill set
• Possess a positive and professional presence with exceptional verbal/written communicationskills
• Has flexibility in their work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments (when clients want to meet us)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products (HVAC) and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Update and keep track of clients on a CRM Platform.
