Securiguard is accepting resumes for the position of Concierge/Front Desk personnel for Downtown Toronto. These positions are high profile Concierge and Front Desk positions in the Commercial sector, meant for security personnel with exceptional and natural customer service culture.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Front Desk presence and helpfulness
• Greeting and welcoming any person entering the building
• Frequent liaison with tenants, contractors and property management personnel
• Frequent Supervisor and Guard Contact
• Emergency Incident Coordination
• Contractor/Visitor Coordination
• Reports conflict or escalating situations
• Maintains a rapport with Emergency Services and Building Personnel
• Management and maintenance of Security Systems

Training and Education:

• Management or Supervisor training
• Crisis Intervention and Effective Communications training
• Ontario Emergency Management online courses
• H&S Online, AODA, WHMIS, Workplace Harassment, Smoke-Free ON completed
• Diversity and Human Rights training
