Freelance Illustrator - for younger children and teens

We are looking for an illustrator that has experience in the following areas:

• Basic storyboarding

• Background design / layout
• Character design
• High resolution rendering
• Ability to produce layered work

Your your must be contemporary and relevant to today’s audiences. Older portfolio work is acceptable as long as it is complemented by newer work as well.

The first project consists of a book cover for an adventure novel targeted at young readers. The second project will be geared towards a younger audience.

A online portfolio is required and must show a minimum of:

• 5 backgrounds or backgrounds consisting of scenes with characters

• 5 original characters
• all other work will be welcomed
