Currently, we are looking for motivated, high potential individuals for our client The Acquisition Group working in cooperation with PC Financial to join the team as a Payments and Rewards Sales Representative (Team Lead).

Note – This is an in-store sales position representing PC Financial and not a remote/desk job. In this role you will work closely with your Territory Lead and District Manager to achieve store sales targets and operational excellence within their defined territory through training and coaching.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading a team of Payment and Reward Sales Representatives including their welcoming and onboarding
• Providing day to day coaching and sales support – being the first point of contact for questions & ownership of floor performance
• Maintaining proper schedules for the PRRs and ensuring adherence on the floor
• Selling, promoting, and marketing PC Financial products and services
• Meeting personal sales targets as well as targets for the team
• Understanding customer needs and recommending relevant services
• Proactively engaging with customers and building meaningful client relationships
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Other tasks as required

What We Expect From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service. Prior leadership experience is an asset.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• High energy and enthusiastic team player
• Outgoing and enjoys interacting with new people every day
• Enjoys a good challenge and working with targets
• Self motivated and highly driven to success with a zeal to achieve more
