BBTV Interactive is a creator-centric mobile game publisher with a focus on developing titles for highly engaged audiences. We are uniquely positioned to leverage our vast network of creators to launch profitable games without relying on a traditional User Acquisition model. We’ve published some of the highest rated games on the Google Play and Apple App store (we are one of the top 25 publishers in the world by app store review scores) for some of the largest creators in the world. Our most recent launch, Krew Eats became the #1 most downloaded game on iPad in the US and 10 other countries, within 24 of launch.

We are looking for a new leader to oversee all game development, budgeting and performance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years end-to-end experience building and launching mobile games with demonstrable success leveraging game analytics to drive monetization via advertising, IAPs and subscriptions. As Executive Producer you are responsible for managing all our development resources to ensure that we launch the right games for the right audiences in order to achieve quarterly revenue targets while managing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own scheduling, milestones, communication, feasibility, and outcome for our entire game portfolio
• Responsible for the P&L for each game, manage costs effectively and drive profitability and financial success across the portfolio
• Manage, direct and coach staff and hire additional production team members as needed
• Define and implement efficient and scalable production processes across multiple disciplines
• Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase profitability
• Lead the ideation of new games and features
• Oversee live operations, liveops strategy, and tool creation
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership on product direction, scope, and execution strategy
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and devize new ways to improve the portfolio and business model based on those trends
• Create a culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement
• Set clear goals for the team and hold employees accountable for deliverables; recognize and reward employees for strong performance
• Bring energy, momentum, passion, and charisma to your daily interactions to inspire and motivate the team leads
• Be hands on in any facet of production if needed

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 8+ years end-to-end experience building and launching mobile games
• 3+ years experience with F2P game development and liveops
• Strong knowledge of mobile development and the inner-workings of all components of mobile games
• Well versed in the relevant analytics and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
