About the job
We’re looking for a passionate Account Executive who is excited to manage sponsorship deals with the biggest names in the marketing and eCommerce tech verticals.
You’ll be responsible for selling, as well as managing, email newsletter and podcast sponsorships—an integral part of driving our business’ growth forward.

What the day-to-day looks like:

  • Build relationships with leads, and introduce them to the value of DTC sponsorships through email and video meetings, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Discuss clients’ strategy, KPIs, and budget to propose sponsorship packages relevant to those goals.
  • Create sponsorship proposals, overcome objections and negotiate terms, and submit signed agreements to finance.
  • Act as the primary contact between the client and DTC team.
  • Work closely with the writing team to optimize sponsorship copy/creative to performance.
  • Address sponsorship performance through mid-way and post-campaign reports.
  • Resolve client feedback/issues in a timely manner.
  • Re-engage existing accounts to win renewals.
  • Collaborate with the team on developing and selling new sponsorship inventory.
  • Take on special projects (ex. update sponsorship marketing assets, audience surveys, cold outreach, improve operational/sales processes)

To succeed in this role you’ll bring:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, and managing multiple campaigns
  • Engaging communication skills with the ability to conduct strategic business discussions
  • Experience working with a CRM, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and project management software
  • Ability to analyze data and thoughtfully apply learnings
  • Interest, or experience in working with marketing, eCommerce, or SaaS industries
