ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is the future of autonomous agriculture. Their mission is to accelerate the transition to autonomous farming. Our client’s product is the only interactive planning software ever made. This software enables farmers to plan, simulate and validate the movement of equipment in the field and execute field operations.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking an experienced and talented .Net Developer to drive the backend. The ideal candidate will have the experience or desire to work on a product team that is committed to innovation and continuous value creation and provides strong leadership.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a full-time remote position with EDT time. (9 AM- 5 PM from Monday to Friday). The client’s office is in Lethbridge, Alberta.

You will be responsible for the following:

Implement application code to function in both an embedded and x86 Linux environment.

• Greenfield software development with distributed and cloud architecture
• Remain up to date with terminology, concepts and best practices for coding web apps
• Develop technical interfaces, documentation and architecture

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience with .NET 6 and C#
• 3+ years experience with SQL
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure and building APIs

COMPENSATION

• $100,000 – $130,000 per annum depending on experience
• 10% Performance bonus
• $1000 health account
• Medical package (health, dental)
