Director QA and Release Management

· Own the end to end vision, delivery and execution of the QA and Release Management strategy

· Ensure that the contents of each release are understood, thoroughly tested and aligns with the quality gates defined

· Drive release execution improvements that result in deployment efficiencies, including automation of manual processes.

· Define KPI’s to help provide insight into release and testing performance while driving opportunities for improvement through data analysis

· Conduct monthly service reviews to assess overall performance to ensure it is meeting or exceeding the goals of the business

· Own the maintenance of QA automation tools including regression and performance testing

· Accelerate automation of manual testing backlog

· Promote CI/CD test automation for all software installs across all services

· Facilitate cross team collaboration to ensure that quality standards are being upheld in according with SDLC practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Results driven leader with experience building and leading QA and Release Management teams (7-10 years+)
• Strong knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
• Designing and developing test automation frameworks
• Experience with building processes from ground up to help drive overall software quality
• Detail-oriented with a penchant for identifying inconsistencies (software or process)
• Experience creating test plans, automation with a focus on creating efficiencies and quality
