Key Responsibilities:

• Listening and transcribing audio or video files of various lengths with a high degree of accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe according to specific guidelines and project requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines and daily KPIs
• Grammar, punctuation, and spelling proficiency in your assigned language
• Highly professional attitude
• Organized with attention to detail; ability to closely follow instructions, quality standards, and productivity requirements
• Speed and accuracy

Requirements:

• Meet all of clients safety and security requirements and protocols, including with respect to COVID-19
• Work up to full-time hours at client’s secure facility in Mississauga
• Be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must be able to understand and type in FRENCH

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00-$28.90 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
