Collision Repair Experts Kitchener is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator to join their team!
Duties:
Greets customers upon intake and delivery of vehicles
Inspects vehicles for accident related and prior damage
Fills out required paper work and takes photos of vehicle
Partake in check-out of vehicle with the customer upon delivery date
Handles incoming phone calls
Provides support for the team and keeps everyone informed
Cleans exterior customers’ vehicles
Post Invoices
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Payroll
Month End Duties
Reconciliation of credit cards and all accounts
Work alongside Accountants and GM
General Office Duties
Required:
Excellent customer service skills
Prior Customer Service Representative experience
Prior Accounting experience
Experienced using QuickBooks
Proficient in Excel
Understand the Accounting Cycle
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to drive standard cars
Must understand accounting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00 per hour
