This space is inspired by the 6,500 square kilometers of dense forest making up Banff National Park and celebrates the happenings within. Scratch-made food paired with beer made here. Prep Cook role description:

Have a passion for cooking? Prep cook is a great entry level position for those interested in turning their passion into work. You will prepare food and be responsible for proper food storage and handling.

Line Cook role description:

This mid-level culinary position in the kitchen has lots of opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for cooking quality food, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with Chefs and Sous Chefs.
