Our client located in the Fraser Valley area has an opening for a Contracts Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to hold a key role on the Project and Finance team within their growing organization.

This Contracts Manager reports to the Controller and includes the following responsibilities:

• System Administration
• Investigate and respond to customer inquiries and requests for change order revisions
• Coordinate between field staff, detailers, and management for all matters relating to extra work
• Assist team members with any issues and resolve
• Over see legal document ensuring all in order
• Update and maintain tracking sheets and reports related to change order requests with 100% accuracy
• Assist billing department and oversee staff
• Reconcile and create invoices for holdback for all projects
• Maintain and circulate online project map
• Oversee change orders and process
• Coordination and cooperation with all members of the project and finance team to achieve team objectives
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience overseeing 3+ more employees
• Proficient in Excel - Intermediate level
• Construction Industry experience an asset
• Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks independently
• Strong team player
