We are seeking individuals who display excellent time management skills, a team player with the a desire for perfection at any job they do. Compensation is dependent on knowledge, skill level and timeliness.

commercial office build outs
Duplex conversion
Design and build additions
High rise suite turnovers
Kitchen renovations
Bathroom renovation

Trades that apply must have a background knowledge of renovation work in homes

Must know how to do a couple of the fallowing professionally..

Tile installation
Painting
Plaster repairs
Framing
Drywall installation
Floor installation( plank, laminate)
Trim work ( baseboards, casings, crown molding)
Kitchen installation
Vanity installation
Basic understanding of installation of plumbing fixtures
Must have basic tools
Must have a vehicle to go to and from job site
