Job Type:Full time, Permanent

Hours:MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS INCLUDING DAYS/NIGHTS/EVENINGS/WEEKENDS/CONTINTENAL DAY & NIGHTS

Pay Rate:$14.25 - $15.50 (Pay rate based on experience and successful completion of a 3-month probationary period)

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2-year experience in security environment (Tactical experience preferred)
• Minimum on 1 year experience as a Shift Supervisor or Team Lead is preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
• Post-Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Job Duties:

• Completion of Incident Reports and critiquing of security personnel Incident Reports in a timely manner, to include ensuring Incidents Reports are complete, accurate, aligned with the Standing Orders and distributed accordingly.
• Understands property management and property security & life safety needs.
• Completion of projects as assigned by the Security Leadership Team
• Assist with coordinating training to include in-service and refresher training.
• Responsible for assisting Site Supervisor with activities undertaken on each platoon to ensure that security operations occur consistent with policy, Standing Orders, and the rule of law
• Observing, investigating, and acting on possible breaches of security, fire and safety hazards, illegal entry, theft and malfunction or interruption of utilities through the radio, phone, and computer systems
